What the hell is this compensation increase percentage? These Fking lay offs did a huge Impact. Fking higher UPS in UPS! What do they think will be our performance if they laid off so many employees and passed down all their tasks who are left with the company. I am consistent performer with 7% salary increaser annually now it drops down to 4.9% and then 2.9 % what the hell🏏🏏 Screw you. Costing at it's finest.
