I agree, but partially. Yes, this is our mistake, we fucked up. But you become a bad actor when you take advantage of a vulnerability. In some countries, such activity can be considered a crime. But anyway, we cannot blame them for it.

Anyone intentionally exploiting a vulnerability (erm...."programming mistake") to drain funds is not a "regular user".

if you do the “hack” with the ux they provided, and not using back office tools, is a regular smart user imo. Also, the fees from selling were wrong favoring the team, no mention of that.
