$CIRCLE seeing some nice movement today.  Did I miss any news? This channel has been a bit ded so not sure where the coin is going?

Base chain target throughput is now 10Mgas/block (5Mgas/second). 🔥🔥🔥

For most channels, think trending and recent feeds are an inferior experience now. 

At least for those users who are not new to the channel. 

Typical workflow: 

navigate to the channel
click recent
scroll, scroll, scroll - now you see new content

What was a single click, is now multiple clicks and a few seconds.

If you run a channel, consider killing the trending pane and limiting (if not eliminating) the number of pinned posts.

The next step is verifying blobs with PeerDAS, a conservative version of DAS that can offer some additional scaling. At first, we'll likely see some clients full-verifying and others doing DAS checks.

More and more advanced versions of DAS can be introduced over time.

I realize PeerDAS is not nearly ready yet, but I hope we see it fast-tracked for inclusion in the not too distant future. 384kbps of blob space per block isn't going to cut it for long and we need to get to the point where every validator doesn't need to download every single bit of chain data.
