Quoted casts should have the option to appear above the text instead of at the bottom. 
Often, quoted casts are replies, and it doesn’t make sense to read the original source after you’ve already gone through the entire cast.

I've thought the same thing. 

Sometimes, I write as a reply, but that doesn't always make sense in the current format. The reply has to be written to stand alone from the quoted cast.

maybe this is not be in the priority development
