The less touristy/popular the more japanese you need talk. - Ramen (from vending machines, the ticket not the ramen) - Okonomiyaki - Nigiri with hot sake - Kaiten sushika - Yokocho alleys. For drinks. - New York Bar at the Park Hyatt
