I get the divisiveness of the dark money aspect here (the for and against). But is the murder part true?

He wasn't convicted for attempted murder and the sentence he has served already is more time than someone would normally be given for his actions.

Don't necessarily agree with a full pardon, commuting his sentence after more than a decade served seems just to me.
