I think putting any meaningful legal over blockchain tech is the same as splashing water over a heated engine - you can do it but it evaporates instantly affecting nothing, but you're loosing the water and effort into splashing it

what we need is just a recognition, clarity on the memecoins that we just got and next on stablecoins

this was my question as well, i assume it then shifts into a different category otherwise wouldnt everyone do memecoin first and then transition?

I'm not a lawyer, but a token can change categories if the facts change.
