let's say you have 3 types of users using your product, but you need to cater to one how do you decide which user type to focus on?

The type you're going to see using your product the most (in terms of quantity of users) But need to also consider monetisation and cater to the most users who are going to make your project sustainable / profitable In some cases you can cater to one that assures quicker growth without revenue to then cater to another one
