Decentralizing channels work in progress

We're planning a 2 phase migration for decentralizing channels:

1. Clean up Warpcast-only channel features — next week or so
2. Decentralize into the protocol — 2-3 months

I think this form of protocol design is gonna pay long term dividends. You have a product layer (hopefully an increasingly diverse one) that pushes feature discovery forward and then the protocol can subsume and standardize product features over time
