Btw, regarding the "have to live" thing... Do I really have to?
Give me a reason why I, you or anyone else HAVE TO live another day. 
Spoiler: you won't be able to give such reason - it's impossible. 

I've realized that 10 years ago and I've been looking for the answer since then... to no avail.

I deeply believe that the question of suicide is the most important question in philosophy. Until we answer the question "why we should live in the first place?" what's the point of pondering about evil, beauty, justice and love?

I think my thoughts on that are that we have no idea if stop suffering after death in this life (regardless of religion). No one really knows if that stops it, so my mindset is one of exhausting all options here before taking that giant risk. honestly, I've found some options do provide some relief. The devil you know.

Agree, death and life both are pointless (as everything in the universe, obviously) but as beings with feelings who are susceptible to suffering it doesn't make any sense choosing one pointless state in which we suffer over the other in which we don't suffer.
