2. Bad, but not worth worrying about
3. Severe and worth worrying about
4. I just ignore and build

2 atm, I believe the us govt has let the crypto space get way too big to shut it down. At this point there’s a big enough financial incentive to regulate it even if the rules are harsh in the near term
