even though on handsight, using USDC for gnosis which is EUR(gbp) denominated, seems a bit clunky.
That probably won't be something a retail EUR cititzen would use to do p2p payments.

yes, thats great tech wise, I meant a "user" is using USDC to pay something in EUR, not "it"/fluidpay.
I get some crypto ppl hold/count their cash in USD, but I doubt this is some retail that pays daily stuff in EUR is doing it. 
Being from CH, I don't calcuate my wealth in USD.

it's not using USDC for Gnosis, but it allows us to perform a cross-chain swap converting your USDC to EURe on Gnosis
