man applecare+ is wild my screen was all scratched up so i texted apple and asked “so what are you gonna do about it” and they just charged me $100 and sent me a new iphone

Then there's my friend that got randomly locked out of their appleID account and apple support won't do a thing about it. 10+ years of pictures locked for no reason.
