Many lessons learned. Hard lessons learned. I've learned more in the past few months building daos world than in the past few years. I'll just spitball some lessons, I cannot really write everything, there is too much. 1. Take profits when you can. Crypto success and hype is so fleeting and can be so short lived. You as a founder have to look out for your own financial wellbeing first. If you don't sell, others will gladly sell on top of your head and leave you with nothing. I left way too much on the table $$ wise during our euphoric run at the start. Especially as a bootstrapped project without VC funding. 2. I learned a lot about whitelists. It's very tricky to decide who to give this to. You need to track what people do after they get their whitelist, and it's best to have explicit agreements with people beforehand if possible.
