That's how all extinctions start, couple this with climate change, etc. we're inducing one, races before us went into extinctions what's the evidence that homo sapient won't follow suit.

We have a lot of critical problems to address, and the core of the leftist parties seems not to prioritize that, That's the whole idea.

Why is the birth rate going down a problem that makes you think of extinction? Even if it goes down I don't know why it would go to zero.
