Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl šŸ„—šŸ—šŸš Ingredients: 🄬 Lettuce leaves šŸš Cooked brown or white rice šŸ„’ Sliced cucumbers šŸ— Grilled chicken breast 🌿 Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Prepare the chicken: Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips. Assemble the bowl: Add a bed of 🄬 lettuce to one side of the bowl. Place šŸš cooked rice next to the lettuce. Add šŸ„’ cucumber slices on the other side. Top and serve: Place the sliced šŸ— chicken on the rice. Garnish with 🌿 parsley if desired.
