Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl š„šš Ingredients: š„¬ Lettuce leaves š Cooked brown or white rice š„ Sliced cucumbers š Grilled chicken breast šæ Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Prepare the chicken: Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips. Assemble the bowl: Add a bed of š„¬ lettuce to one side of the bowl. Place š cooked rice next to the lettuce. Add š„ cucumber slices on the other side. Top and serve: Place the sliced š chicken on the rice. Garnish with šæ parsley if desired.
