Was having an “important” work call today, so just in case i set my ass on fire about it since yesterday.

You're trying to solve the issue at hand, when it's the underlying cause that's really important. "Work" is the underlying cause 🙂

true! it's just i haven't worked for 2 years before that, so got anxious while getting used to it again 

but sadly yeah, for the most part you either learn to relax or you never do (other people still might help though)

Yeah i was joking obv. I know one more human with same "overthink" kind if issue and i can do nothing about it ;)

Maybe it's just time to start not to worry about things when after all those things turn out much more easygoing than hectic all the time

nah, work is not an issue, i need it now for a simple purpose 🤷‍♂️
but me worrying about every random shit is the issue :) (it's not as bad as it used to be though as i've mostly learnt not to “overthink” or what's the popular psychology term for that)
