for years i had a usb volume control hooked up to my computer, as i found i had a very finely tuned sense of the volume i wanted for my music

i've never found another volume control that gives me this tactile, aesthetic, and range of choice; sliders dont do it, nor do phone volume buttons or earphone touch controls

thus, i am forever playing with sound, searching for the optimal volume, something close to this beautiful device, yet never finding it
