To reduce high sugar level in the body fasting is important. Sugar level raises when we consume food each time almost all food being natural or not contains sugar, so constant eat 3-4 times a day increases your sugar level as the body is not giving time to process this sugar in glucose that the body needs which causes diabetes.

Omo I watch one horror film yesterday. It's not scary sha but I learn something from that film. 1. Check watin you dey put for your body even if nah surgery check where that thing dey come from. 2.
