Hard to say without proper bio measurements. I feel as good as can be, sleep well, etc and my Oura is generally happy with me. But it’s hard to assess the contribution of this stack or any of its constituents over the baseline, especially when the placebo effect or so many other confounding factors get into the picture. I’ll know more next time I do a full screen. For now, the one that’s been most noticeable was the Semax — more vivid dreams in particular, and slightly improved concentration

Thanks. I'm so skeptical about all of this stuff to be honest!
