People who get a dog in a small apartment, and then leave it on the balcony all day while you’re at work: who hurt you?

(This cast may or may not have been written after four hours of the incessant barking of a bored and/or separation-anxious dog just outside my window while I’m trying to work)

I hope these people get stuck in a groundhogs day where the day is 10 seconds and it’s them repeatedly stubbing their toe

Except the owners, I guess, they’re away at work and don’t care

I am warming up to the view that having a backyard or garden should be a requirement for owning a dog

I’m a vegetarian by choice because I care about both, but I do get your point

Its illegal to leave a dog alone for more than 6 hours in Sweden. I think a lot of other countries could look at their dog owning rules.
