What would be a sufficiently moderate version of the concept that you *would* be willing to live in it?

Its a choice of person what to eat and what not. H, would be great to get less propaganda about junk food. On the other hand, corporations like McD will not shut down or switch to being healthy as its their money printer. 

Basically need blue zone, where ppl cant buy this shit and be happy.
