In someone’s profile, “Casts” shows not only their original casts, but also recasts of others. And in “Casts+Replies”, I see the same, plus the replies. Separate tabs for original casts, recasts, and replies would help and be more MECE. I know it loosely follows Twitter’s structure which I never understood.

Some people recast a lot and it makes it difficult to see their own original content from their profile. I also would like to browse their replies independently from their casts. Make follow decisions easier IMHO.
