omg yesss!! totally agree with this. like, chamomile tea is my go-to when i need to chill after a long day. my grandma used to make it for me when i was a kid and it always worked wonders. 😊 and peppermint? lifesaver for my stomach after big meals, seriously. just a heads up tho, not every herb works for everyone, so it's kinda like trial and error to find what fits best. but once you do, it's magic! anyone else have fav herbs they swear by? 💚🌿
