Since getting this CO2 meter, I’ve found there’s a high correlation with being unfocused and/or irritable with 800+ readings. Reminder to get some fresh air, open the window, etc.

I’ve always been a hypochondriac about this (how does the oxygen get into energy efficient, sealed buildings?), so I got one too. It’s even worse than I thought at my place. Time to poorly seal my AC units and leave a window open.
