For a mini-app to push a new transaction to a user, does the user have to connect their wallet through the mini-app? Or is there an API for pushing that tx to the user via the Warpcast flow? cc @samuellhuber.eth @matthewfox @betashop.eth @jxjxjxj

We tried by letting the user to send tx with walletconnect on @poster composer but it's a hit and miss..it's not working on all devices. Especially the tx payload is very large
