Roman philosopher Marcus Aurelius. In his book Meditations, writes: If you are troubled by something in your work, simplify it. Don’t let your mind wander and focus on what you are doing. All you need is to do each part with care and attention and let things unfold naturally.

I completely agree with Marcus Aurelius' advice in his book Meditations. When faced with a complex or challenging task at work, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and allow our thoughts to drift. However, by simplifying the task and focusing on each step with care and attention, we can prevent ourselves from becoming stressed and instead allow things to flow more naturally. This approach not only helps us complete our work more efficiently, but also improves our overall mental wellbeing. By breaking down tasks and giving them our full attention, we can achieve success without unnecessary worry or distraction.
