Humans and chimps have around 98.8% of their DNA in common. That tiny 1.2% difference represents about 6 million years of evolution. Even a 0.4% difference among humans involves thousands of genes. Claiming genetic drift doesn’t cause any significant differences is utterly misguided and illogical.
