not sure about “easiest”, but a few options: neynar https://docs.neynar.com/reference/get-list-of-followers wield https://docs.wield.co/farcaster/api#followers-endpoint run a hub, replicate to postgres, query via SQL https://github.com/farcasterxyz/hub-monorepo/tree/main/apps/replicator
