 is my new favorite podcast. The guests are all phenomenally bright and inspiring, and Jackson does a tremendous job stitching together a beautiful tapestry of conversation over myriad, often complex and not completely related, topics.

I really enjoyed the latest episode with

. There were a lot of takeaways, but here are a few insights that really grabbed me:

- “Original seeing is your birthright as a person."

- "there was one other bit where you said in the long run the human moat against AI is that it's go- is going to be great books and art, and art, religion and love. The AI can't hike the Pacific Crest Trail for you, it can't fall in love for you, it can't pray for you etcetera."

- "Anything that's truly compelling, there's a quality of strangeness to it."

- "Slop is what happens when mode collapse happens to society and culture at large."

- “Creating options has been a very core concept.. because then I can walk into that room and it comes off in my vibe, and that’s a very non‑verbal thing.” (paraphrased)

of course! so far i've listened to the episode with Jacob and the one with Tina as well. i'm a little late to follow, but looking forward to going back through the archive and tuning into new episodes!
