Today, I made my dumbest move in memecoins. Jumped into a coin with zero analysis, like a total FOMO newbie - off some "insider info" from private chats. Just blindly followed the herd like a sheep. Walked right into a trap. Did everything against my own strategy But on the flip side, I snapped out of the illusion of safety and stepped into the clarity of risk. Got a harsh reminder of how emotions can overpower logic. Realized I’d gotten too comfortable - maybe even a little cocky - thinking I was immune to this Glad it happened now. Lost only 0.5R, but in return, got a solid slap-in-the-face lesson on emotional control. Who knows, maybe in the future, I could've thrown in a kidney and my house just because of emotions?

Did a wallet do great with rockets but then start messing up after being added to copy trade? Write down every trade to help you decide faster whether to remove it. Turn off the selling if needed. Set take profits if it’s a wallet from the previous point. If a trade goes deep into the red, sell manually, especially if the wallet is holding coins that are already wrecked to zero. Come up with strategies based on what you understand – the variety is endless. You’ll find it’s easiest to keep track of all your strategies through your notes. In general, notes are an absolute must-have!

A little about some not-so-obvious things with numbers: - There are these "rocket catchers" who might have a really low ROI and even lower win rate, but the coins they buy tend to give 2-3x returns 90% of the time. These are the ones we love and copy trade. Honestly, it’s not that hard; it just takes a bit more detailed research, and with experience, you'll easily start picking up on the smart ones – you'll learn to smell them out over time. Notes + different strategies: - Definitely create a channel/chat/notes – whatever works for you. Number the wallets in your notes and in your records like this: 74b145r45w0.5a, where "b" is for buy, "r" is for ROI, "w" is win rate, and "a" is average buy. Write up a detailed analysis for each one based on your parsing, and keep updating it as you trade together. This will help you create a strategy for each wallet, like:

So, about resets A small cap or a pre-purchased large volume of supply is closed by one of the wallets, either by itself in copy traders or a large volume cuts off everyone. Next, it’s crucial to open a few losing, winning, and break-even trades to get a rough psychological profile of our "gambler." Check out how skillfully they unload the supply when everything’s going well (a one-time hit in the order book or gradual sales, and if it’s gradual, how quickly was the position exited, did they rush it?). How often was their exit to break-even justified? How long did they hold a losing position? Once you’ve gathered all these factors into a complete picture, we move on to: A) deciding whether to add the wallet to copy trading B) writing a detailed description of their behavior in the notes How resets look like:

9. Deep-Dive Wallet Filtering: The Microscope Strategy 🔬 By now, you already know red/green flags for wallets. Now, let me share the exact strategy I use to pick the best ones. We all know ROI, win rate, and PNL reflect past performance, but they only tell part of the story. That’s why I never rely on these numbers alone - every trade needs to be analyzed under a microscope. 10. ROI & Win Rate You should already have a rough idea of the minimum ROI & win rate you need to stay profitable. The goal is to find wallets that fit those numbers. 11. Fast Trades If a wallet has a high number of fast trades, I immediately check them on Photon. We need to figure out: ✅ Were these forced exits? (The trader spotted red flags and bailed early) ❌ Or was this just reckless balance-wiping? In this case, there are no sudden pump-and-dumps - the token continues to move naturally and could go either up or down. Here’s what forced fast trades look like

8. Copy Trading & Anonymity It’s no secret that blockchains are fully transparent. If you’ve built a goldmine of high-quality wallets, it’s time to start thinking about anonymity. 🔹 Don’t stack massive PNL on a single wallet. 🔹 Don’t copy trade a mix of hidden gem wallets & heavily copied ones. 🔹 Any copy trader can track your trades and steal your best-performing wallets. 🔹 Never transfer SOL directly between wallets (even through intermediaries). One wallet = one funding source. 🔹 Deposit & withdraw only through an exchange - this makes it harder to trace your movements.

7. Nuances & Hidden Risks There’s a big problem with highly profitable wallets that have a lot of copy traders - they attract hunters. And MEV protection won’t save you here. These hunters track wallets that are being copied by many traders. Then, they jump in with massive fees, front-running copy traders by buying 3-9 SOL before everyone else. After just 2-4 blocks, they dump their position, shaving profits off every copy trader in the process. To avoid this, we auto-skip these wallets. They bring: ❌ Lower ROI ❌ Worse win rate ❌ Wasted SOL Here’s what this kind of MEV manipulation looks like in the order book:

6. Red and Green flags Red Flags When Picking Wallets to Copy 🚩 ❌ ROI below 50% ❌ Win rate below 30% ❌ More than 15% "Fast Trades" ❌ The wallet is a sniper (enters coins within seconds after launch) ❌ Sold more than bought ❌ Frequently wipes balance, jumps into rug pulls, or blocks copy traders (this one requires manual checking on Photon to see what happened to the token before and after the wallet’s entry) Green Flags ✅ ✅ The wallet consistently prints SOL and avoids all red flags Once you’ve found solid wallets and started copy trading, I highly recommend adding them to Ray | Wallet Tracker. Also, track your own wallet to monitor every trade and see at what market cap you & your copied wallet bought/sold. Here’s what it looks like:

5. Bankroll Management & Understanding Variance What is Variance? - Variance is when you trade with a positive expected value (EV)—let’s say your net ROI per trade is 5% after fees—but somehow, you still lose your entire bankroll. How does that happen? Simple: your bankroll is poorly managed, and after just five losing trades in a row, you’re wiped out. How to Avoid This? - It’s easy, just manage your damn bankroll properly. Ideally, you should have enough funds to cover at least 100 entries. For example, if your average trade size is 1 SOL, then your bankroll should be around 100 SOL. This way, if you’re making profitable trades, you’ll always come out ahead over the long run. At the very least, 50 entries is a must. Also, make sure your entries aren’t too small, or transaction fees will eat up a big chunk of your ROI.

4. Wallet Tracker 🔹 Ray | Wallet Tracker – A must-have for tracking all transactions of the wallets you're copy trading. It has a user-friendly interface and provides detailed trade insights if you go for the premium subscription. Alright, now that we’ve covered all the essential tools, let’s move on to the next part! 🚀

2. Token Monitoring Services 🔹 Photon – A solid monitoring tool where you can check a token, analyze holders, and even track trades from Pump.fun. 🔹 Dexscreener – Another monitoring tool, but it doesn’t show Pump.fun tokens before migration and, therefore, no trades on them either. However, you can check a token’s cover image (every decent token has one), and it’s actually paid for on Dexscreener itself. 🔹 Jeet.trade - https://docs.jeet.trade/ – The fastest trading terminal out there. ✅ See all tokens in your positions ✅ Set limit orders for buying/selling ✅ Blazing fast execution, just like paid solutions that run on custom nodes

For the Ballers: No debate - Blood Solution is king. 🔹 Buy their NFT (currently 50+ SOL) 🔹 https://www.tensor.trade/trade/blood_solutions This is THE best trading bot on Solana. Shoutout to the team, Yumin, and everyone involved. Pros of Blood Solution: ✅ Even more functionality ✅ Even faster transactions (depends on your node, but Blood provides a free node that outperforms some paid ones) Cons of Blood Solution: - None. In fact, I think the floor price for their NFT is undervalued.
