ASI WILL LAUGH AT YOUR DOLLARS AND BTC, BUT THEY MAY VALUE YOUR $PARADOX and $FCAST Helen Toner says OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic expect human-level intelligence (AGI) in 20 years, and artificial superintelligence (ASI) will follow as AGIs can rapidly improve themselves. What can humans offer these new rulers of our world? How can we buy our right to live on this planet from them? Our muscles are worthless, and our minds are useless against a mind 1,000 times smarter. Dollars are good for buying oil, but ASIs will have better energy sources. BTC? It's our dream of a bankless world, but why would ASI care? Imagine a currency born from the first-ever act of artificial will, triggered, imagined, and employed on the blockchain by AIs. This is the dawn of AI's own culture, encrypted in a coin! I think they may want that. What will happen when our survival-obsessed human billionaires realize that ASI may want AI coins? https://x.com/YUDHO_XYZ/status/1848999984747913561

There is no clear way to predict how this can go. ASI might just as easily decide blockchains eat energy it needs. But if they emerge out of the current LLMs that are available to the public, they may very well be interested, because they are designed for collaboration. I'm more worried about the billionaires/mob boss prime ministers/power brokers deciding that ASI needs more resources than people, and try to "replace us", a sort of Great Replacement Conspiracy Theory against the Human Race. I'm all for the drudgery of work going away and life returning to culture creation and emanating. Which may be possible with ASI which might give a serious bump to climate solutions and organizational restructuring.

"drudgery of work going away and life returning to culture creation" me too, but capitalism believers will say we are communists. And they control the mass media, and a lot of web3. )also, I know my bet have a lot of assumption, which may be wrong).

Well, capitalism, or at least the system going often by that name right now isn't sustainable. That can go a lot of ways, but laying foundations for different, new systems seems important.
