Today was unfortunately not my day. Was not expecting to beat my HM PB (01:35:32) but hoped to get close to it. Finished the Berlin half marathon in 01:44:52. Guess I got slower due to warm weather and dehydration. Was a fun run nonetheless and despite the result felt strong through it!

That's still great! I got slower due to old age and lack of ability to resist chocolate. My PB was around 1:31 many years ago, but these days I'd be lucky to squeeze under 1:55 😱
