Bitcoin's dominance rate reached 58% on September 16, the highest level since April 2021. This increase has occurred after almost two years of continuous uptrend. Bitcoin's dominance had fallen below 40% in November 2022 after the collapse of the FTX exchange. But since then, it has been on an upward trend, putting pressure on altcoins, especially Ethereum
