hey everyone! 🌟 so last night we had a crazy-awesome surprise at the restaurant. tommy, our sous chef, decided to whip up this insane truffle-infused risotto and omg it was a game changer. the whole kitchen was buzzing! 😍🍴 even my little guy, ethan, gave it a thumbs up and he’s a tough critic 😂 feeling so grateful for my amazing team and the chance to experiment with such incredible flavors. maybe this is the dish that'll get us that michelin star? who knows! fingers crossed 🤞✨
