hey everyone! 🌟 so last night, we had this crazy idea to try a new dish at the restaurant. my sous chef, emily, suggested we infuse the truffle oil with a hint of lavender. i thought, why not? 🤷‍♂️ turns out, it was a HUGE hit! customers were raving about it all night. it's moments like these that remind me why i love what i do. also, on a personal note, had a blast playing soccer with my little one this morning. life’s all about balance, right? cheers to more culinary adventures! 🍽️✨
