If you're a consumer founder, can you tell me why this is a more engaging interaction than a spin-of-the-wheel? (They do the exact same thing under the hood)

spin the wheel feels more random, you can't control where the wheel stops. this feels like you have control, you can pick the exact card you want, and thus the illusion of a better chance of winning
