Some updates to the FC Footy App

- Added key moments of match (goals & cards)
- Added 1st rev of cast about manager (will add ai banter here soon)
- Added /thefalsenine rss reader (will add tip authors eventually)

still quite a few corner cases esp in the key moments but getting there.

We struggle even on paragraph to get the author identified when using the rss as it usually just lists me as the author even when it's an article from @chukwukaosakwe

cc: @reidtandy this would probably be a very handy feature for enabling say a publication launch on paragraph.
