I’m very excited to share that my wife is pregnant! 

We’re in the process of planning a registry and and wanted to poll everyone here for their recs on must haves and don’t gets.

Especially interested in thoughts on strollers, car seats, and quality of life improvements for us & the baby.

Baby carrier was everything for me and my husband. We loved the baby k’tan for newborn. They’re sized so we each needed our own but they’re not too expensive. For post newborn I found the lillebaby to be the best. Personally hated the ergo but everyone has their own preferences.

Definitely a white noise machine.

Yea.. babies generally want to be close to mom & dad & can often be comforted more easily in a carrier.. just make sure to always have their nose/breathing pathway clear.. plenty of safety vids on YouTube :) They’re also great for keeping hands free when needed.. as for white noise, we just got a cheap home medics..

Good to know on the baby carrier. Thinking that’ll be big for me and my wife as well.

For white noise machine we were planning on going with the Hatch but open to other suggestions!
