- Have < 10k followers 
- Have casted recently 
- Have not received a boost recently
- Post bangers (manual judgement)

Warpcast doesn't care about the small 10k-20k followers accounts. They're not even doing anything about the poor account that acquired most of their followers from spamming their tip allowances and now their farmer followers are long gone and they get no engagement 😔
