I read Amy Coney Barrett's concurrence/partial dissent and weep for what could have been. Less dramatically tho, wtf are her colleagues thinking? They're literally more afraid of a hypothetical world in which the incoming administration tries to criminally prosecute a former president than giving the President the ultimate legal authority to carry out political assassinations and pardoning the participants (and themselves).
