could I ask someone for implementation advice?

Followed tutorial to addFDK Frame Analytics to a basic working Frog frame. Frame still works, expect to see clicks show up in my Pinata Dashboard, but crickets so far.

and that's very smart to filter out the local stats

Ah, if you're running it locally the stats are filtered out to avoid noise. This is something we can and should fix. But if the frame is working, it means you're probably good to move forward and then when your frame is on a hosted domain, analytics will work.
