Why have we given up on playing pranks to life itself and enjoying its punishing slaps? Like that one time we all thought we could defy gravity and fell from that apple tree. Or when we thought it was a good time to kiss our crush but were pushed away.

Does life really try to offend us and want us to be the dull adults we are? Or did we misunderstand that educational feedback and got resented?

Why did we stop being all the colors at once and spreading the innocent beauty we had? Just like a Lovebird.
