Stripped the persimmon tree with @christinโ€™s help today. Gave her a few bags but we still have a ton of fruit! Iโ€™ll be posting in /yeschef with some persimmon culinary creations!

I eat 90% of them raw but my wife bakes with them and I can make some favorite dishes with them too.

By the way, do you make dried persimmons? In Japan, it is customary to dry persimmons and eat them as a preserved food. The sweetness is concentrated and they are very delicious.
