You can unlock your locked tokens on Hamcaster.com 

If you are a creator who has locked your tokens I would suggest NOT selling the initial 5 million tokens you got when creating your caster token. This will rug your holders.

I don’t want to rug my caster token but seems like a lot are held by unknown wallets?  What should I do here.

I would just post with a deadline to unstake. That way you give them a day or two. Theres not much you can do about the unknown wallets.

Looks like these are just unlocked tokens so feel free to remove them
