Learning from your mistakes is critical for growth in any industry. One tactic I like to use is conduct an after-action report or “postmortem” with myself. I’ll list out where I missed the mark, conduct the 5 whys on each, and generate action items. I like this structure because it focuses on the learning.

I took a break from the Web3 space for a year. Much has changed for the better, but one thing that hasn’t is the stilted, frustrating on-ramp experience. I wonder how much top of funnel drop-off this causes.

As with most things, it depends on the context. But in broad strokes, culture. You can roughly increase inclusivity if your culture supports high standards and expectations. Those who rise to the occasion swim, those who don’t, sink. Give “cultural runway” a look.
