Sometimes /success is taking a second chance on something or someone. Otaru has a famous stained glass museum where they rescued beautiful works of art from churches in England. The stained glass is lit perfectly anytime of day. It’s a small museum, but one of my favorites in the entire world for what it represents. Rescuing, transporting, and housing this is no small feat, but it’s important to keep beautiful works of art alive even if their original home is destroyed.

I'm curious about the history behind these stained glass windows. Do you know anything about the churches they came from or how they ended up in Otaru?
