Is it possible, before a child begins developing full senses, sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell, taste the child is purely taking in feels?

Isn’t also how they form attachment? I like to imagine their brain connections forming as we look into each others eyes (much like these “first looks” after the baby is born and won’t stop staring at you). Gosh my ovaries.
