Night Shift As the street lights come on, and the never ending glow of neon signs awake and twitch into existence, you pull your bag strap tight over your shoulder and take to the streets to start your shift. The Night Shift. You move through clouds of sewer vapor and ignore the layers of trash beneath you, the rusted and out of service graffiti'd telephone booths and sketchy characters across the street at the noodle shop. You decide to look up and take in the beauty of the city above you. Sometimes its easier to just look at the bigger picture. Feedback Genesis Feedback Genesis - AI Imagined Faces (9/10) - (3600x3600) - Twenty years of exploring AI art merge into Feedback Genesis, an ongoing project of which this is the first artwork. This multimedia digital canvas was created in collaboration with a robot that paints expressively and draws precisely. Feedback Genesis was created by dozens of the robot's algorithms as it reflected on its own progress and chose to make marks using either creativity or logic. The artwork itself is a record of the reflection. Where there are brushstrokes, the mark was planned by emotional neural networks. Where there are drawn lines, its aesthetic decisions came from procedural AI. All art can be understood as a mix of creativity and logic, guided by reflection.
