Lately, I have been getting some pain in the extensor part of my forearm while doing bicep curls. I have tried using wrist supports and lifting gloves but neither seem to work. Do you guys know of a way to avoid getting these pains?

When you say “extensor”, are you referring to the tendon or the muscle?

First thing I would try is the “Zottman Curl”. You can look up a video on YouTube. Second thing I would consider is getting this: https://thetibbarguy.com/products/the-torque-bar I use it all the time, and it has entirely eliminated the wrist and forearm strain that I used to experience from weight lifting.
